Phoenix Mall of the Millennium @Wakad, Pune

The Phoenix Mall of the Millennium is set to have a retail gross leasable area of 1.1 million sq.ft. This will be the second shopping mall by The Phoenix Mills Limited in Pune adding to its existing Phoenix Marketcity Shopping Mall in Viman Nagar. The Phoenix Mall of the Millennium in Wakad is likely to feature a gateway to luxury with the Plaza Flourish and a grand entry feature on the second floor called Rains of Nourish. The shopping wall will no doubt set new benchmarks of shopping experience in the city.
The Phoenix Mall of the Millennium Pune in Wakad is expected to become operational in FY 2024.
